Energy-boosting meal in a cup

This Salted Tahini Date Shake is rich, creamy, and nutritious. It tastes like dessert, but gives the nutritional benefits you need for a full meal. Make it for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert. Tahini (Sesame paste) does wonders here: it rounds out and deepens other flavors with a nuttiness that cuts through the sweetness.

Not a great date

Really had high expectations for this smoothie as I’m a massive fan of dates. Unfortunately I couldn’t taste them at all. Felt the texture was slightly powdery and maybe too much Maca. Love the other flavours though
