OUR SUPERFOODS

BLACKBERRIES

Known as the king of the berry family, blackberries are an excellent source of vitamin C. Blackberries contain large amounts of fibre, iron, calcium, magnesium, and potassium, and also boast more antioxidants than strawberries, cranberries, or blueberries. These antioxidants play a key role in supporting DNA repair and in producing collagen and serotonin.

ALMONDS

Almonds contain a perfect trio of protein to build and repair cells, fibre to aid digestion and monounsaturated fatty acids to help fight cholesterol. They are also rich in fibre and vitamin E, which are both excellent for the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system. .

COCONUT

Coconut is rich in easy-to-digest healthy fatty acids (MCT) that can be burned up as fuel rather than stored as fat, giving you an instant energy boost (this makes it ideal for taking before workouts). lt is also a great source of fibre and has anti-microbial benefits.

GOJI BERRIES

Goji berries have been a staple in traditional medicine for centuries to improve vitality, energy and longevity. With 12 times more antioxidant than blueberries, more Vitamin C than oranges and more iron than spinach, it’s no wonder these berries top the charts of the most nutrient-dense foods. They're also known to help with the ageing process and - less well known - an excellent source of plant-based complete protein.

CHIA SEEDS

These bad boys might be small but they pack a powerful nutritional punch. They contain large amounts of dietary fibre and omega-3 fatty acids, as well as high-quality protein and several essential minerals and antioxidants. They are actually the best known fruit source of omega-3, which works to reduce inflammation. As they can absorb up to 10 x their weight in liquid, they quickly create a sensation of fullness which is great for weight management.

Lacked sweetness

Loved the mix of oats and the texture but it needed a touch of sweetness

Fruity and rich

Wow this packs a great punch - even when made with water. The blackberries sing in the mouth and they are of high quality because the blend easily without lots of gritty seed bits. This offers a substantial breakfast or meal and kept my energy high for ages. Highly recommended and the cups make them super practical. Storage in the fridge is not a problem if you top and tail them they seem to take up same space as packets Ive had. I hope you enjoy as much as I do
