ACAI 

Native to the Amazon region, amazing acai berries are jam-packed with antioxidants - actually more than any other food on the planet, including red wine, blueberries and dark chocolate.Its superhero compound is anthocyanin, which is renowned for its protective, anti-ageing benefits. Naturally low in sugars and calories, acai is rich in healthy fats, fibre, cholesterol-fighting phytosterols and amino acids.

GUARANA 

Guarana is a Brazilian plant native to the Amazon region and is loaded with potent antioxidant compounds such as tannins, saponins and catechins. It is known as an excellent source of caffeine which reduces fatigue and can help to improve mental focus and energy. 

RASPBERRIES 

Raspberries are low in sugar, high in fibre, loaded with vitamin C and rich in anti-aging antioxidants. What else can you really ask for? Ah yes, raspberry antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds are also associated with cancer protection. 

BEETROOT

Betaine, found in beautiful beets, is a powerful antioxidant that keeps the skin looking youthful and boosts the production of serotonin (our happiness hormone). Beets are also rich in nitrates, which relax and dilate blood vessels, turning them into superhighways for your nutrient- and oxygen-rich blood. That means better circulation, lower blood pressure and better stamina for endurance workouts. 

CASHEWS

Crafty cashews are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids which decrease (bad) cholesterol and prevent cardiovascular disease.They are also rich in magnesium, which helps relaxation and sleep, and one of the few food sources high in copper, which promotes hair and skin health.

Ingredients (allergens in bold): Raspberries, Fig, Cashews, Beetroot, Medjool Dates, natural Madagascar vanilla extract. 

Boosters: Chia seeds, Goji berries, Guarana, Açai powder.

NUTRITION INFORMATION

HOW TO USE

1. Take your cup straight out of the freezer open it and peel off the seal.

2. Pour about 250ml (or 1 cup) of your preferred milk (or just water) in the cup and stir a little. We love this one with almond milk.

3. Toss everything back in a high-speed blender and blend on high for 30 to 60s depeding on how smooth you want it

Really enjoyed the Fresh Blood smoothie

I've always loved raspberries and have recently started to introduce new seeds etc into my diet. I'd always avoided eating nuts as I claimed I didn't like them - but now that I'm trying them in these Blend My Day smoothies and oat bowls I am really enjoying them. My energy levels are higher which is a great boost in an active outdoor job and I really enjoyed the taste and the texture.
