If you’re a little intimidated by green smoothies, this shake is the perfect way to ease yourself in. Yes, it has baby spinach in it, but it also has pear, banana, dates and cashews. The smooth and creamy raw cashews pair perfectly with sweet pear and fragrant vanilla and will outweigh the flavor of the greens. Let’s do it!

Hemp seeds are of the best known sources of high-quality, plant-based protein. What’s more, it's considered a complete protein with all the essential amino acids and is easily digestible. In particular, hemp is rich in the amino acid arginine which plays a role lowering blood pressure and preventing heart disease. To top that, hemp offers a naturally perfect 1:3 ratio of Omega-3 and Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids as well as plenty of dietary fibre.
Known as the "Incan Golden Fruit", this delicious Peruvian fruit is a natural low-GI sweetener with a caramel-like flavour. It is rich in fibre and contains a variety of nutrients including beta-carotene, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and niacin, as well as potassium, calcium and phosphorus. It is particularly rich in polyphenol and carotenoid antioxidants known for their anti-inflammatory and heart-health-promoting properties.
Fat-free, cholesterol-free and low-calorie, pears are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, folate, copper and potassium. They are also a good source of prebiotic fibre which can improve gut health.

HOW TO USE
1. Straight out of the freezer, open your pouch and toss all the ingredients into a high-speed blender.
2. Add 220ml (or one cup) of your preferred milk (or just water). We love it with ALMOND MILK.
