WHEATGRASS

Wheatgrass is one of the richest source of chlorophyll, which gives it its rich deep green color. Chlorophyll is known to help cleanse the liver, improve blood sugar and purify the body of accumulated toxins. Due to its exceptionally high nutritional content, Wheatgrass can boost your energy levels, reduce tiredness and fatigue, boost your mental performance.

SPIRULINA

This blue-green algae is considered one of the most nutrient-dense foods on earth. Gram for gram, it’s packs more protein than red meat, contains all essential fatty acids your body needs, and also provides tons of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It may help prevent plaque buildup in the arteries, lower blood pressure and boost immune system.

KALE

Very low in calories, Kale is one of the most nutrient-dense foods on earth. In particular it is highest plant source of vitamin K which is absolutely critical for blood clotting. Kale is also loaded with powerful antioxidants such as vitamin C, beta-carotene, quercetin and kaempferol. It’s also a great source of calcium, chlorophyll, calcium, iron.

AVOCADO

Loaded with heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, dietary fiber and plant-based protein, avocados will keep you satisfied for hours and help you with weight loss. Particularly rich in oleic acid fatty acid (also found in olive oil), they can help lower "bad" cholesterol, regulate blood glucose levels and prevent cardio-vascular diseases. KIWI

Packing twice as much Vitamin C as oranges and loaded with fiber, Kiwis have been proven to aids in digestion and improve the immune system as well as keeping teeth and gums healthy. Kiwis also provide a healthy amount of lutein, a phytochemical that not only protects skin, but is extremely beneficial for eye health.

Ingredients (allergens in bold): Green grapes, Broccoli, Kiwi, Kale, Lime, Avocado, Hemp seeds, Parsley.

Boosters: Spirulina, Wheatgrass, Cardamom.

NUTRITION INFORMATION

HOW TO USE

1. Take your cup straight out of the freezer open it and peel off the seal.

2. Pour about 250ml (or 1 cup) of your preferred milk (or just water) in the cup and stir a little. We love this one with water.

3. Toss everything back in a high-speed blender and blend on high for 30 to 60s depeding on how smooth you want it
